Macau: An "Expressive" Cityscape with Lumix GM1

Introduction

My Macau photography journey in May 2025 with the Lumix GM1 and 20mm F1.7 II focused on "Expressive" cityscapes. I captured lively urban scenes: mixed-use buildings, awnings, narrow streets, high-rises, and pedestrians by fences. Food was a highlight, from raw ingredients and meat cuts to street vendor drinks and unique bottled liquids. Quieter moments included palm trees, public spaces with tree branches and textured roads. Vivid colors, especially red and yellow signage, and diverse doors (home, restaurant) added character. Public transport, like buses and bus stops, showcased the city's rhythm. A concrete staircase completed my visual story of Macau.
