Exploring Dafen Art Museum with the Ricoh GR II

Introduction

Wandering Dafen Oil Painting Village on June 28, 2025, in Longgang, Shenzhen, my Ricoh GR II captured the essence of the Dafen Art Museum. Inside, orange walls contrasted with wood-stained displays, each room showcasing visual arts and modern art, with graphics and distant high-rises glimpsed through windows. Dim lighting created a nighttime ambiance, reflecting off the ornate, varnished ceiling. A vibrant blue chair invited rest, while faint incense enhanced the artistic atmosphere. Outside, a black dog, a houseplant against brick, and a bustling bazaar with a pink flower completed the scene, all meticulously documented by my GR II's GR Lens 18.3mm F2.8.
