South Korea Travelogue: First Impressions of Seoul
My first trip to South Korea began on a snowy afternoon in Seoul. Despite the cold, I was excited. The city was bustling, and I quickly encountered a protest, highlighting South Korea's vibrant democracy. This contrast of peaceful snow and passionate protest showcased the city's multifaceted nature. I explored Seoul, capturing moments with my camera – snow-covered streets, street food, traditional and modern architecture, and its people. From Gyeongbokgung Palace to Myeongdong markets, Seoul was full of contrasts. The warm people and bold-flavored food made it a culinary and cultural adventure. I felt a connection to the city, and this first visit felt like the beginning of a larger South Korean experience.
