Capturing Huizhou: A Day at Xiangang Reservoir
It was a sunny Friday afternoon in Huizhou, Guangdong, as we embarked on a visit to Xiangang Reservoir. With my Sony A6700 and Sigma 56mm F1.4 prime lens in hand, I was ready to capture the beauty around us. The reservoir offered stunning views of water resources and the expansive sky, with the body of water reflecting the sunlight. We wandered among grasses and observed various herbaceous plants, their leaves a vibrant green. I even spotted a flowering plant with hues of green and yellow. Later, we ventured into a bustling market, a lively flea market where vendors displayed their goods. I found myself drawn to stands filled with food and items in intriguing packaging and labeling, even noticing some curious instances of text and paint on a sign. The day was a perfect blend of natural beauty and vibrant local life, all captured through my lens.
