Hiking Jinfeng Mountain on New Year's Day 2025

Happy New Year 2025! It's January 1st, and I'm back in my hometown, Chibi City, in Hubei Province. We decided to start the year off actively and went hiking on Jinfeng Mountain, the highest peak in the city. The winter weather was surprisingly good; sunny with clear blue skies, which was perfect for hiking. Being from the southern part of China, I'm used to milder winters, so I found the temperature here a bit chilly and uncomfortable. It was my first time visiting this mountain, and I was struck by its steepness, especially the downhill sections which were quite challenging. As always, I brought my trusty Sony A6700 camera and captured some breathtaking photos of the scenery. Hiking with family is always a special experience, and this trip was no exception; it was a wonderful way to bond and start the new year together.
